The Amara Bark from Rossa is a dark Sicilian liquor made from the encounter between the sap rich precious bark of Sicilian Blood Orange trees and a special infusion of wild herbs from Etna. From this union comes a natural digestive herb liqueur, with great flavors and Mediterranean colours. Amara Bark is produced in small quantities with a slow, artisan process that enhances the fragrancesof the Etna agricultural countryside.

Orange bark is the distinctive ingredient of Amara Bark, a vital element in the production cycle of the tree which, instead of being disposed of, as traditionally happens, is enabled in the production of this unique amaro. It is a natural Sicilian bitter liqueur made from red oranges of Catanese varieties Tarocco Gallo and Tarocco Nocellara growing on the slopes of the Etna volcano. The infusion that comes from red orange tree bark has extraordinary properties that add to those of the aromatic herbs infused into this orange flavored liqueur giving a unique and beneficial taste.
