Amaro Zen is a clear amber handcrafted liqueur from the Amaro Zen Distilleria located at Santa Venerina high up on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna – a location with a high wine-growing and liquor-making vocation. It reflects their passions, moods, flavors and traditions. It reveals a very pleasant persistence on the palate and a distinctive aroma, perfectly balanced between sweet and bitter. Amaro Zen is made from the skilful blending of native botanicals, a fine infusion with a full and authentic flavour. The aromatic power of endemic herbs, the fresh citrus notes of oranges , the typicality of the spontaneous fruits of carobs and the addition of ginger - an excellent exotic fruit. An amaro that is perfect for tasteful cocktails.
