The combination of soil, climate and wisdom of the vineyards made the northern slope of Etna an ideal area for wine production of very high quality but above all particular and unique wines. The Etna DOC is produced solely from Carricante grapes and shows the aromaticity of this grape.
Colour: Light straw yellow with intense green reflections.
Bouquet: Pleasant hints of grapefruit, white peach and herbs, mark the nose of this wine which shows its true identity
Flavour: On the palate with a pleasant flavor and freshness complemented by an extraordinary minerality.
Longevity 3-5 years.
