The Selezione Cutrera extra virgin olive oil produced from a blend of olives from the famous Frantoi Cutrera’s olive groves on Monte Iblea in eastern Sicily. It is a full-bodied oil, with a well-balanced bitter and spicy taste and is obtained from a blend of the best varieties of selected olives such as Moresca, Biancolilla, Nocellara, Cerasuola and Tonda Iblea. Its medium fruity flavor makes it very versatile in the kitchen, it lends itself to various uses, both raw and cooked.
