Champagne Réserve Exclusive Brut - Nicolas Feuillatte
The Nicolas Feuillatte winery located near Epernay was established as a cooperative in 1972 and is now supplied by more than 5,000 grape growers across the entire Champagne region, by this the winery has access to a creative grape palette of exceptional quality. The winery work closely with its winegrowers with focus on sustainable viticulture, mechanical soil maintenance, press operation and soil analysis.
The Réserve Exclusive Brut Champagne is a harmonious blend of 20% Chardonnay imparting elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for roundness and structure and 40% Meunier for fruitiness and soft, supple character. It is a Multi-Vintage Champagne - a cuvèe made up of wine from various vintages to guarantee its distinctive style year after year. The blending is the cornerstone of the traditional Champagne making process. Grape varieties, crus and individual harvest years offer multiple variations, and anyone of these elements may become the focus for a particular Champagne style.
