



The aim of the Baglio di Pianetto wine company is to produce elegant, refined wines that are the fullest expression of their grape variety and of their terroir. The wines are created with the goal of showcasing high quality, distinctive character, and avant-garde innovation. The painstaking quality-selection, rigorously manual harvesting, and judicious use of barrel-ageing allow the wines to heighten the flavours of any meal.
The grapes were hand-picket at harvest, and after a careful quality sorting, the berries were gently pressed and the must fermented with local ambient yeasts. The wine matured for 12-18 months in new and once-used oak barrels and it completed its ageing in the bottles for a minimum of 3 years.
