Bell’Assai is a single variety Frappato, Vittoria DOC. The frappato vines grow in vineyards at an altitude of 120-150 m. The grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 8-9 days at a temperature of 24-25°C. After malolactic fermentation the wine aged in the tanks for 4 months and then in the bottles for at least 5 months.
