Regina Di Cuori from the organic winery Tenuta Fornace located in Rovescala to the south of Pavia in Lombardia in Northern Italy. It is a lovely red wine produced according to the rules for organic and biodynamic agriculture made from the local Croatina grape from vines growing in clayey and silty soil at an altitude of 280 m. It is an intense red wine with a fine structure with a fruity and delicate bouquet. The taste is fruity and soft with enveloping flavours. It is well balanced with a fine persistence.

Tenuta Fornace is the result of the dream of the Rossi family, who has been growing grapes in Oltrepo' since the beginning of the 19th century, where the cultivation of vines has thousand-year-old origins. Tenuta Fornace today has an area of over 80 hectares cultivated with passion in full respect of the balance of nature. The vineyards are located in different wine-growing areas of the Oltrepò Pavese and Piedmont, allowing for sustainable and diversified farming, respectful of the ancient tradition of the territory and enriched with modern knowledge and technologies. From the beginning they have managed the vineyards by reducing interventions to a minimum and following what are now the rules dictated by the regulations for organic and biodynamic agriculture, even before these were established.
