


The grapes were manually harvested fully ripened followed by maceration on the skins and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine aged in small French oak barrels for 16 months and after bottling a further 6 months.
Colour: Dark ruby red.
Bouquet: The nose has an overwhelming bouquet, explosive spices and fruit flavors.
Taste: On the palate it is full bodied, powerful and elegant texture.
Longevity 15-20 years
