


The Nebbiolo vines for the Barbaresco red wine grow in various vineyards with limestone and clay soil within the Barbaresco DOCG appellation in Piemonte.
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted and destalked followed by 28 days of maceration and fermentation on the skins. The wine was matured for 26 months in large oak-barrels and in the bottles.
Longevity 15-20 years.
