


The vines for the Alta Mora Rosso have an age of around 20 years and grow in various Cusumano vineyards in on the northern slopes of Etna at an altitude of 600-800 m
The grapes were manually harvested, sorted, and destemmed followed by the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The ageing took place in large oak barrels followed by some months in the bottles.
Colour: Ruby red.
Bouquet: The nose expresses beautiful fruity notes of blackberry, currant, cranberry embellished with mild spicy and mineral remarks.
Taste: The palate is dry and very elegant. A certain freshness delineates the stroke to a very persistent closing.
Longevity 5-10 years.
