Bennoto from the famous Duca di Salaparuta House produced from grapes grown in the Eloro area near Siracusa in southwestern Sicily. Here soil, climate and altitude provide a perfect mix for the production of great Nero d’Avola wines. This is an exceptionally pleasant mature red wine with a strong and flavorful bouquet, enveloping and balanced. A great Nero d'Avola wine.

- At least 18 months in French oak barrels in which it acquires complexity, style and longevity.
- Bouquet
- Impact of small dark undergrowth fruits, accompanied by visciola fallen from the tree and dried plum. Strong and pleasant nose, scents of leather and wet feather. Cocoa spice.
- Taste
- Dry, tending to warm. A lot of thickness under the palate, once the balance between the various components is reached, it is exceptionally pleasant. The finale of sour cherry in spirit is excellent, with a slight bitter component.
- Pairs with
- Excellent with red meats, medium-aged cheeses and savory dishes. Serving Temperature 16-18 °C.
