Etna Rosato from Cottanera winery on Mount Etna a beautiful rosé-wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes from 10 years old vines growing in the mineral rich volcanic soil at an altitude of 750 m. on the northern slopes of the volcano. It is a refreshing wine with floral notes of iris, wisteria and roses accompanied by the freshness of aromatic herbs. The taste is fresh, rich, mineral and sapid.

Cottanera's production philosophy is to create a business model that brings together tradition and innovation in the vineyards and in the cellar. In the vineyards the grapes are grown without an irrigation system and almost all operations are done by hand. Native and international varieties are grown on 65 hectares of vineyards. The land is unique and gives rise to a great variety of vines.
