GRILLO Spumante Brut – from the Fazio winery located in Erice near the west coast of Sicily. A sparkling white wine made by the Charmat method, which fully reflects the varietal characteristics with great class and excellent structure. One of the top wines from this winery. It is characterized by a refined bouquet of yellow-fleshed fruits, softened by spices and aromatic herbs that make it delicate and well balanced.

The wines from the Fazio winery are distinguished by their fidelity to the varietal characteristics of the grapes, but also by the modern and innovative approach to working in the cellar.
The grapes were handpicked in boxes at the ideal moment of ripeness, de-stemmed and cold macerated. Pressing was carried out in a soft way to extract the best part of the juice. The fermentation was slow at a low temperature.
BOUQUET: Delicate notes of citrus and fruits and white pulp pleasantly mix with hints of aromatic herbs.
TASTE: Creamy and slightly savory in the mouth. All aromas are enhanced thanks to a delicate and harmonious body.
