Cuvèe di Boj Brut - Valdobbiadene Superiore D.O.C.G. - Valdo
The Valdo winery were established in 1883 at the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene and at the heart of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG production region in Veneto. Year after year, Valdo has developed their production based on passion, together with tradition and innovation, to the create unique sparkling wines.
The Valdo production is based on the collaboration of 70 local grape growers who grow the grapes and supply them to the Valdo winery. The relationship between Valdo and its grape growers is a long-standing one, an alliance based on trust, respect and reciprocal exchange. The winery offers them an agronomic and wine-making consultancy, providing them with support from the pruning stages of the grapevines to choosing the ideal period for harvesting. The Glera grapes for this sparkling wine grow in the hilly area in Valdobbiadene at altitudes ranging from 200-400 m. The wine was made according to the Charmat method and was followed by maturation in the bottle.
