Milazzo Classico Brut - Az. Agr. Milazzo
A unique and inimitable terroir. At 400 meter altitude in the heart of Sicily, on the hills East of Agrigento you find the Milazzo vineyards. Here the climatic features of the hills and the soil morphology combine with the benefits of a typically Mediterranean climate with mild summers and mild winters; A constant and light breeze, which favors the day-night thermal excursion and a good ventilation of the plants. The area is characterized by a particular concentration of morphologically diverse soils: from dark clays to white limestone; the ideals to ensure rich and complex aromatic wines.
All of Milazzo’s classic method sparkling wines are created following a fastidious and restrictive protocol, resulting from a 40 year experience in winemaking and 25 years of production and commercialization. All have minimum 24 months ageing on the lees.
