Petali Moscato - from the Fazio winery located in Erice near the west coast of Sicily. A sparkling sweet white wine made by the charmat method, which fully reflects the varietal characteristics with great class and excellent structure. One of the top wines from this winery. It is characterized by a fine bouquet of white pulp fruit with persuasive notes of white flowers that enhance the finish, almost ethereal.

The wines from the Fazio winery are distinguished by their fidelity to the varietal characteristics of the grapes, but also by the modern and innovative approach to working in the cellar.
The grapes were handpicked in boxes at the ideal moment of ripeness, de-stemmed and cold macerated. Pressing was carried out in a soft way to extract the best part of the juice. The fermentation was slow at a low temperature.
Bouquet: Refined and broad, with floral notes and fruity notes of rose and white peach.
Taste: The delicate sweet notes of ripe grapes perfectly match the velvety profile of the wine. The finish is harmonious and enveloping.
