Riesling Kabinett CAI from the Immich-Batterieberg winery is produced from grapes grown in mineral rich gravel on the steep slopes along the Moselle near Enkirch in the heart of the Moselle wine region. It is a lovely light golden dry white wine, fine and invigorating with a lot of finesse and excitement. It has aromas of citrus and stone fruit. The body is elegant and light. The medium length finish shows finesse and tension. A wine to be enjoyed slightly chilled with fried food, chicken or grilled fish.
