It is a barrel fermented white wine made from a blend Chardonnay and other white grapes grown at altitudes around 300-400 m in the mountains around Tramin and Kaldaro. It is a brilliant, intensive yellow wine with a complex, beguiling play of aromas in the bouquet with fruity nuances of exotic fruits such as pineapple, notes of blossoms and flowers. The taste is dense and complex with a fine structure, creamily soft and elegant, stimulatingly fresh and juicy.
