Indra Sauvignon from the famous Girlan Cooperative near Bolzano in the Alto-Adige region in Northern Italy is an elegant cool climate Sauvignon Blanc white wine. It is made from the best grapes grown in the mountain vineyards at an altitude of 400-500 m. The wine is characterized by an elegant frame and fine consistency with intense notes. It has an excellent structure that is flavoursome and mineral, with a persistent palate.

The grapes were carefully picked by hand at the peak of ripeness and sorted prior to destemming. After pressing the must was transfered into stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperature. The wine aged on the fine lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks without malolatic fermentation followed by a period in the bottle before release to the market.
