Sole e Terra - Bianco Sicilia DOC from the ambitious Cantine Horus winery located near Acate in the south-eastern corner of Sicily. It’s a lovely organic white wine made from a blend of Vermentino, Fiano and Moscato grapes - three vine varieties with a strong resistance to dry climates like the region where Cantine Horus is located. It is a wine that stands out for its elegance and the persistence of its bouquet. White flowers, ripe and exotic fruit intertwine harmoniously, leaving room for refined mineral puffs on the finish. The taste reveals an agile structure, with an extraordinary savoury framework - delicate and fresh, rightly acid with hints of exotic fruits.

Cantine Horus was established in 1974 by the Giudice family. It is an ambitious and dynamic winery that produces organic wines from native Sicilian grapes, including Grillo, Moscato, Frappato and Nero d'Avola. The winery is located in Acate near Vittoria and covers 30 hectares of vineyards cultivated using organic farming methods. This location gives the right balance between temperature, sun, altitude and distance from the sea that are important and exceptionally favorable factors for the cultivation of vines and the production of quality wines. The wines are vinified using traditional methods, resulting in balanced and unique wines that showcase the flavours of the Sicilian terroir.
