Carricante - native grape variety espalier-grown over 6 hectares of vines at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level in the Verzella contrada, where the freshness of the land allows full ripening of the Carricante grapes without altering its aromas.
The grapes are hand-picked, followed by a soft roller pressing. Vinification is made with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. After vinification the malolactic fermentation and refining takes place in a cellar that is temperature-controlled, protected from light and from temperature fluctuations and with the necessary humidity. Bouquet: On the nose beautiful and deep floral, mineral, fruity notes.
Taste: Hay embellished with citrus groves, fresh and firm, good persistence.
