Infatata Malvasia Secca from Caravaglio winery on the volcanic Aeolian island Salina. A unique wine made dry from Malvasia grapes grown on the sunny Aeolian islands. It is an elegant interpretation of this grape variety with a flowery and fruity bouquet. The taste is fresh and dry with medium alcohol, medium body and pronounced intensity flavors of lemon, lime, white peach and nectarine.

The Azienda Agricola Antonino Caravaglio is located on the island of Salina, in the Aeolian archipelago. It is in the center of the Tyrrhenian Sea, north of Sicily, in an extraordinary location because of its naturalistic beauty, its magnetic active volcanoes and the socio-ethno-anthropological charm of a culture that keeps the traditions linked to fishing and agriculture alive.
Today, the Azienda Agricola Caravaglio has about 20 hectares, divided into many parcels, some of which are on the other islands of the Aeolian archipelago as well. The pearl of the history of Salina and of the Caravaglio Winery is the sweet Malvasia delle Lipari DOP wine, with which Antonio has also won numerous prestigious awards. But very important was also the choice of vinifying Malvasia grapes as a dry white wine, a wine to drink throughout the meal, but with high quality characteristics.
